Last weekend was nice (I just realized I never posted about this!). We went to eat with our friends Jim & Heather on Friday night. Then Saturday, we went with Becky, Brendan, Becky's sister and her fiance to the Summit Beer Brewery in downtown St. Paul. It was about an hour tour and then everyone got 3 free beers afterwards. Um yeah, i had a few sips of one beer and then opted for the free root beer, hehe.
Now we are just getting ready for our quick trip to Texas this weekend. Our little Godson/nephew Luke will be getting baptized on Saturday! We are so excited to share in his special day and are looking forward to seeing my family over the weekend. As always, I wish the weekend would be longer or that we would have more time to see everyone, but I have to just be thankful for the time we have. Plus it will be great to get to Texas again since, as the weather man put it, "This is the winter that won't end." Um yeah, we're under winter storm watch for Friday and 80% chance of snow. Ug....glad we will be leaving!
