When I moved to Minnesota, Shelley and our friend Misty and I all emailed every single day (when we were supposed to be working, haha) and kept in such great touch! She was always so good about calling me and making sure we kept in contact despite only seeing each other a couple of brief times over the 4 years we were in MN. Now, I am so happy to be back in Houston where she and I can get together!
This Saturday, we decided to spend the day together. We met at the mall for some shopping and a yummy lunch at California Pizza Kitchen. Joseph did so good while we were out and took a nice long nap while we were at lunch so it was so nice to have time to just sit and chat and catch up after so much time.
Then we came back to our house where Joseph stayed with Michael for a couple of hours and Shelley and I went out for frozen yogurt and pedicures. So great to have some girl time and a fun day!
