Last Friday night, we had the joy and honor or meeting our newest Goddaughter, Victoria. Our sweet friends Bridget and Joe asked us to be Godparents and we couldn't be more honored and excited!
Victoria was born on July 30. She is an absolute doll! She seriously was so tiny and precious that I really only put her down when it was time for her to eat and when we ate our dinner. I seriously felt like I was holding a baby doll because she was so precious and cuddly! I got to have some good cuddle time with her big sister, Alexandra who is 19 months old and is my little buddy - as well as Joseph's playmate. ;)

Saturday morning, Michael's parents came to visit us for the weekend. We had a very relaxing day at our house which was nice. Joseph got lots of play time with his Grandparents and then in the afternoon we headed outside to make some homemade peach icecream! It was so yum! While we were enjoying some time outside, I was watering the plants and Joseph decided it would be fun to splash around in the water hose water. So, I just let him go at it despite how drenched he got in his clothes. He had the funnest time!
Then Saturday night, we headed to dinner at Carraba's italian restaurant. Boy was it good. Joseph split chicken raviolli with Grandma and loved it! Not to mention, he ate about a basket of bread. He also tried his first bite of olive and he was definitely not a fan!! Although, I have to say I don't blame him on that one. :P Then Sunday, we headed to Lauren & Luke's (Michael's sister and hubby) new house for a great lunch. Definitely another fun weekend!
