Summer

Well, there isn't too much else to blog about right now - so I figured I would do a brief weather post. Our high today was around 75, again. On the evening news, they said that this summer, we have only had 5 (yes, FIVE) days that got above 90 degrees. AND, the last one was June 25 - so the entire month of July stayed below 90! Apparently the average # of days above 90 for summertime here is 12 days. Although, they're projecting a high of 90 for Saturday so we just might hit 6 for the season.

Are you kidding me?!?! You call this summer? Ok sure, it is heavenly and just down right gorgeous weather - but a girl's gotta sweat every once in a while before she breaks out the parka again.

And yes, the tops of a few of the trees around our townhome have a hint of red and yellow on them. Sigh....
