A few weeks ago, we went with our friends Bridget, Alexandra and Victoria to Bear Creek Park in west Houston. It was a gorgeous day and we had a blast exploring a new fun park!
At the park, they had a wildlife habitat area where there were different types of animals (birds, bison, potbelly pigs, donkeys, etc.). They were fenced in along the main road so we could just walk on the sidewalk and see all the animals.
Afterwards, we went right across the street to the nice big playground they had. They even had a super tall slide that by the end Joseph was going down constantly - I couldn't believe it! The park was beautiful with lots of big trees and picnic tables everywhere. We had taken our lunches so we then enjoyed a nice picnic lunch under a shade tree. After lunch we went back to play a little more before heading home for naptime.
Alexandra is one of Joseph's best little friends. They are so cute the way they interact with each other now. They even held hands as they walked! And of course Bridget and I were scrambling to get our phones to capture the moment! :)
