We had plans to get together with Heather, Jim and Sheena Friday night. At the last minute, Michael proposed we have them to our place instead so that he could grill. So we did - he grilled fajitas and they were SO good!
He also did an experiment with some jalapeno peppers a coworker gave him from his garden. He basically stuffed the pepper with mozarella cheese and then wrapped bacon around it and cooked it on the grill. What can I say - my husband can cook! He once again wow'd our friends and me too! :)
Monday night was really fun. He wanted to cook this random cut of beef we bought at the store (it was cheap). So he used some fresh rosemary we were growing on the deck. He made that with some noodles and home made brown gravy - boy was it tasty! While he did that, I made brushetta out of all the tomatoes we had (also from the coworker's garden) with fresh basil we grew. Boy was it a tasty meal! We had a lot of fun tag teaming our yummy dinner!

Wow- you guys always have yummy meals! I have to say, you have come a long way from your turkey sandwiches and gushers for dinner! haha
Michael is fun that he always likes to try new things and is always coming up with some concoction.
