Winter

Well Michael will finally be in town this week! Yippee!! I can't remember the last time he was here for a week. Granted, he is going to out of town meetings every day - but he will be home at night which will be nice.

We had a lazy and uneventful weekend. Michael got me Tetris for Christmas to play on his old Playstation. So, we played that TONS - we both ended up beating the game. :)

This week looks to be one of those really cold weeks. Here is our forecast for the week taken from one of the local news websites: (and I love the little descriptive words that get progressively worse!)

Mon: High 12, Low 4
Tue: High 6, Low -6 Breezy
Wed: High 1, Low -8 Colder
Thurs: High -2, Low -14 Frigid
Fri: High 0, Low -14

Ahh yes, gotta love a January in Minnesota! :-)

We both got a bit of cabin fever today - so we decided to put on our new snow pants we bought last night and go for a little walk. Mind you, it was 15 degrees outside - but a beautiful day nonetheless. My friend Carrie said she loves seeing the winter pics on our blog, so here's a video for ya! ;) This is Michael on a little pond in our neighborhood - yes we are playing on a frozen pond.
