Michael put the crib together very quickly. While he was doing that, I got out our little swing and our new bouncy chair out of the boxes! Michael put the swing together and he challenged me to try the bouncy chair. After needing his assistance on part of it when I put some pieces on backwards, we finally got it. We bought the batteries today and got everything set and ready - so now everything plays music, vibrates, and makes animal noises the way it's supposed to. :) We still need to get our glider and have lots of decorating to do, but we are at least off to a good start in getting things ready in the nursery!
We also put together the pack and play in our room where our little guy will sleep at night for the first part of his little life. Ever since we got our new bedroom furniture, we've saved an empty spot in part of the room for the place where baby will sleep, so it's fun now that it's all set and just needs baby!

The finished product! (and yes, that's Kermie still trying out the car seat on the left) I was so excited to get to put on the cute bed skirt and our little bedding blanket we received as well! After we get our mattress pad cover we'll get to finish up the bed with the cute little froggy/turtle sheet and bumper!

Yea for baby boy's nursery being ready! I love the crib and his little bouncy seat and swing! It looks so colorful and inviting for your little guy! Glad you guys are getting it all set up! 6 weeks and counting! Wahoo! :-)
