Woodlands Museum

A couple of weeks ago, Bridget and I tried out the Children's Museum in The Woodlands for the first time and were pleasantly surprised!  The kids had a blast and there was so much for them to enjoy there!

It is a much smaller museum than the main Children's Museum in Houston, but we actually felt like this one was much more geared towards the preschool age and all the activities were perfect for our kiddos. 

They had all kinds of fun activities for the kids - a huge area with big building blocks, a water pool with floating toys and fishing poles & fish, a big pretend house to play in, train table, fire engine/station area, a big stage with lots of dress up clothes (my boys were NOT into putting any costumes on!), a big digging pit and lots more!  Then after the museum, we walked to a Mexican restaurant in the same shopping center where Bridget treated me to a birthday lunch!

I tried my best to take pictures but missed a lot because honestly, it was quite busy just trying to keep up with all our kids when they were all going different directions!

And wouldn't you know the fake car cab is always a huge hit!

Joseph and Andrew both loved the little fire engine.  You could also do the buttons to make all the lights come on.

They also had a fun little playset within the "3 and under" roped off section

Andrew just loves Bridget's newest baby, Caroline! He is so sweet and gentle with her and it really makes me excited to see him become a big brother!

Joseph and Alexandra held hands on the way to and from lunch.  Such sweet little friends!
